Building OD capacity and capability in the NHS by developing leaders to develop others


Our intention is to provide the best possible quality advice, support and guidance to the community of people across London who are working to support their organisation to work more effectively. All who work to help the workforce to think about their work and to work differently are – from our perspective – part of that community. As a result, we aim to work with all of these people – regardless of their formal job titles – to ensure that they are able to work to their very best abilities in those contexts. Our key contribution in this regard is convening the London Leadership & Organisation Development Network, which currently has a membership of more than 150 people.

In supporting the L&ODN, we offer:

  • Regular interactive meetings, where participants can get involved in:
  • Reflection and sensemaking events;
  • Practice Showcases;
  • Explorations of new ideas and techniques through workshops and masterclasses
  • A supported community where people can raise issues and queries and others can make response
  • Conferences and other events to support the development of the L&OD workforce across London
