Board Development

External facilitation can make a substantial critical input so that interventions
become catalysts for board awareness and improvement.
NHS Boards have a difficult job as they operate in an ever changing and increasingly
complex environment with rising public expectations and mounting pressures
on public finances. It is crucial that Boards prepare for the transformational
challenges that lie ahead.

Stretching and challenging Boards, within a sufficiently supportive framework,
allows for learning and change to take place.
