LLA works with OD practitioners and organisations seeking to transform or change their organisations to embed OD tools and frameworks. Our L&OD Network brings together the HR, L&D and OD communities in London together to establish a wider community of practice around OD in London, to explore and build upon links between the HR and OD professions, and to demonstrate some OD approaches and interventions.
