Programme leaders should combine excellent trainer skills with real consulting
experience. The process of consulting can be described as any time you try to
change or improve a situation, but have no direct control over it. The consultant
lacks formal authority and their ability to influence change is based on personal
power. We take a holistic approach to developing great consultants, which
involves using experiential learning.
