We are giving NHS staff the opportunity to be trained in the NHS Leadership Academy’s 360 degree feedback tool that has been developed around the new Healthcare Leadership Model.

The training to become an accredited facilitator of the Healthcare Leadership Model’s 360 degree feedback tool comprises three stages:

• Completion of online learning and assessment (takes approximately 2 hours)

• Completion of your own 360 degree feedback using the Healthcare Leadership Model tool
• Attendance at 1 day training workshop, which includes an observed feedback facilitation session.
