Talent Timebanking
Talent timebanking is where people in health and social care exchange skills using time credits. Those who help others earn time credits, rewards and recognition. Those who receive help fill gaps in their skills or knowledge to advance their own careers. Timebanking rewards those who contribute more, allowing everyone to grow.
Leadership Learning Zone (LLZ)
The Leadership Learning Zone is a flexible e-learning resource that takes a learner on an interactive exploration of key areas of leadership development. This resource is equally relevant to learners who are just starting in their careers as well as experienced managers who want to consolidate their leadership capabilities.
Core Managers Programme – Inclusive Leadership in Health and Care
he NHS London Workforce Equality and Inclusion team has launched the fifth course in their Core Managers Training Programme series, which provides free inclusive leadership training for all health and social care supervisors and managers in London, and beyond.
The online training programme has been developed on the back of recommendation 8 of the London Workforce Race Strategy. The Core Managers programme consists of online, self-directed training for all line managers and supervisors who want to develop insight, skills and confidence to build cultures of compassion, inclusion and belonging for their diverse workforces. The programme has been designed to offer flexibility as a suite of online short courses.
