One of the notable outcomes of the day was the need for a Women of Colour Leadership Network. This network would aim to provide ongoing support, resources, and interventions for women of colour in their professional journeys. It proposes to serve as a platform to address the unique challenges faced by this group and equip them to embrace opportunities for the advancement in their careers.  For our work to flourish in this space, we urge you to provide your feedback to let us know how we can meet your needs and enable us to run more events like this in the future.
