The ‘Fit For Futures’ decision making tool is based on future scenarios planning, so it assists leaders working in and through systems to manage complexity and choose the best options for them to pursue in specific areas of practice. Its originator, Eitan Reich, has adapted the method to the needs of managers and staff in the NHS in London so that its application and usefulness can be tested.
It consists of three elements:
- First, a one-hour webinar, where Eitan will introduce the method to participants
- Second, a pdf text that underpins the method and offers practical guidance as to how to apply it
- Lastly, a total of three hours of 1:1 coaching with Eitan for each and every participant.
