Inclusive Coaching Supervision Programme (LLA Coach & Mentor Supervisors Only)

Target Audience 

This opportunity is for London Leadership Academy (LLA) Coach & Mentor Supervisors. 

About the Programme:

The interactive online Inclusive Coaching Supervision Programme is designed for experienced coaching supervisors to develop their inclusive coaching supervisory practice. Designed to offer a small group of coaching supervisors a chance to gather, share, learn and practice together in a safe and supportive space,  it combines a commitment to supporting coaching best practice with support to play an active role in contributing to building inclusive practices and cultures.  The programme offers an opportunity to explore a range of different aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) within coaching supervision, with the intention of:

  1. Deepening your awareness of conditioned worldviews, biases and mindsets and how to use these insights to build an inclusive coaching supervisory mindset
  2. Developing a better understanding of key inclusion related concepts and how to work with and support ED&I themes within the content and focus of coaching (e.g. addressing microaggressions); the coaching relationship (e.g. coach – coachee identity power dynamics); and coaches and coaching supervisors as role models and change agents (e.g. feedback into the system).
  3. Practising ways to work with the different inclusive coaching and supervisory relationship modes to support inclusive coaching practice, and recognising the role, responsibilities, accountabilities and ethics associated with inclusive coaching and supervision.

About the Facilitator:

Byron Lee, the facilitator, brings a wealth of experience as a coach, superior and educator, spending the past 30 years supporting individuals, teams, communities and organisations build supportive and inclusive practices, systems and cultures. His passion is supporting individuals, teams and organisations weave together different sources of knowledge, wisdom and practice to support collaborative learning and change.

  • 6th December (9.30 to 16.30)
  • 11th January (9.30 to 12.30)
  • 24th January (9.30 to 12.30)
