09.12.26 – Coaching and Mentoring – Virtual Group Coaching Supervision with Jason Nair

Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register.

Join Jason Nair for a virtual group supervision session on Wednesday 9th December 10:00-12:00. This will be a reflective, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers.

Jason has worked as a coach and mentor for more than 15+ years, providing both individual and group supervision to coaches and mentors.  He was trained by a leader in the field, Robin Shohet from the Centre for Supervision and Team Development. 

Jason works with coaches and mentors to create a dynamic learning environment where coaches and mentors can share and explore topics of their choice to reflect, unearth and expose the range of dynamics and consequences of these during sessions so the best possible outcome is achieved for their clients to grow and develop. 

Sessions are typically informal where the power of story telling will be encouraged along with the power of silence used to full effect.  Attendees will be encouraged to actively and openly support each other throughout the session. 

There are limited places available on a first come, first served basis.

You must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group.

Please can all participants to arrive on time, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session.
