Connect and Share – For GP appraisers who are using coaching tools as part of their GP appraisals

Audience: GP Appraisers who have attended the Coaching workshops over the last 12 months

We were delighted to meet you at the Coaching for More Effective conversations sessions earlier in the year and would now like to invite you join us and your colleagues for a follow-up Connect and Share session on November 30th.

This session is designed to provide ongoing support and resources to GP Appraisers who are incorporating the coaching tools into their appraisal meetings and will provide a space to :

– Explore learning and experiences of coaching in GP appraisals
– Learn about and practice additional coaching skills and tools
– Develop peer coaching groups
– Develop an action learning approach to ongoing peer review, challenge and support
– Opportunity for coaching supervision
