15.04.26 – Coaching and Mentoring – Virtual Group Supervision with Ola Agbaimoni

Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register.

Join Ola Ogbaimoni for a virtual group supervision session on Wednesday 15th April 10:00-12:00. This will be a reflective, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers.

Ola has worked in local government for 25 years, leading the Elephant and Castle Regeneration. She was self-employed 3 years running a consultancy: social media marketing and coaching for small business owners.  

Ola has developed the 7 Momentous Moments coaching programme (for marking success moments and creating tools to stand confidentially in your power and achieve professional and personal goals). She was a sought-after speaker and presenter at business conferences and has spoken on the international stage and has hosted a successful local radio show- Tycoon Women Moments. 

She joined NHSE initially as a temp project manager in 2014. She is the NHSE Deputy Director Business Management. 

Ola has been coaching colleagues via the London C&M Hub since joining NHSE and took the supervisors training course pre pandemic. 

Sessions are typically informal where the power of story telling will be encouraged along with the power of silence used to full effect.  Attendees will be encouraged to actively and openly support each other throughout the session. 

There are limited places available on a first come, first served basis.

You must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group.

Please can all participants to arrive on time, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session.
