16.11.26 – Coaching and Mentoring Virtual Group Supervision with Stefano Cerreto E. DiClaudia

Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register.

Join Stefano Cerreto E. DiClaudia for a virtual group supervision session on Monday 16th November 09:30-11:30. This will be a reflective, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers.

Stefano is currently one of the senior ODL consultants at RFL.  Having studied, lived and worked  in several countries, Stefano brings a plethora of career experiences with an international perspective, and in many diverse professional landscapes, such as  education, training, aviation, film and performing arts, recruitment, leadership and organisation development, coaching and mentoring, both in the private and public sector.

Having personally experienced the rewards and positive outcomes of empowering individuals through coaching and mentoring, Stefano works with individuals and teams in creating the conditions to facilitate self-awareness, support and stimulate new discoveries and reflections to facilitate movement.

Shifting between Systemic team coaching and tapping into Gestalt developmental approach to coaching, Stefano approach is recognising the ‘human heart’ in individuals and teams and through the coaching process, surfacing hidden energies and performance potential, often concentrating on the ‘being’ rather than the ‘doing’, on what is happening in the moment, building more awareness of emotions in the moment, stimulating change, challenging unhelpful mindsets and working on ‘shifting stories’ and metaphors.

As a coaching and mentoring supervisor, Stefano is dedicated to offering a thinking space for coaches and mentors in a qualitative, restorative, developmental and resourcing space, facilitating learning that hopefully leads to the continuous development of the conscious competence, to a higher level of practice.

You must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group.

Please can all participants to arrive on time, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session.
