Following the success of the NHS Women of Colour Conference in 2023, we are thrilled to announce that we will be back for another powerful and inspiring event.

Restore, Inspiration, Strength, Empowerment – Amplifying the Voices of Women of Colour in the NHS

This year’s theme, Still I RISE, is a celebration of the resilience, determination, and leadership of Women of Colour within the NHS. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s iconic poem, this conference will provide a space to reflect on the challenges we have overcome, share the successes that inspire us, and collectively shape the future of inclusive leadership.

We will explore:

• Restore our confidence – Reclaiming our voices, self-worth, and the belief that we deserve to lead
• Inspiration – Showcasing role models who have paved the way, sharing their journeys and lessons learned.
• Strength – Recognising and harnessing the power within us and our communities.
• Empowerment – Equipping attendees with the tools and networks to drive change and advance their leadership journeys.

Ticket Release Information – Two Phases Due to High Demand

Due to overwhelming demand, we are introducing a two-phase ticket release to give more people the opportunity to attend. Half of the tickets will be released in the first phase, with the remaining half available in the second phase. The system will remain open each time until all places are filled. Please note that there will be no waiting lists.

• Phase 1: Tuesday 6^th May – First round of tickets released
• Phase 2: Tuesday 20^th May – A second chance to secure your place

This is a FREE event open ONLY to NHS colleagues in London.  Spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment!
