Communities of Practice for Diversity and Inclusion

Communities of Practice are groups of people who share a concern or passion for something they do, and who come together regularly to share ideas on how to achieve best practice. They are facilitated by an experienced convenor, solution-focused, and bring together groups bound by shared expertise and passion for a joint enterprise.

The objectives of this event/approach are to:

1. Enable you to create and strengthen a network of leaders using a whole systems approach

2. Enable both individual and collective emotional intelligence (EQ) and strategic thinking to increase diversity and inclusion

3. Develop your personal intervention skills and increases resilience and a mature ability to handle uncertainty.

4. Help you work towards a self-managed development system and the skills and shared responsibilities to sustain it.
