It’s for you if you are in a ‘formal’ position of leadership with responsibilities for people and services\, and able to relate what you learn to your workplace. Participants will be introduced to the systemic Coaching and constellations approach through a series of activities\, e.g. pair exercises and group discussion. \nWho will present? \nThis EMCC CPD will be delivered by Heather Day\, an experienced facilitator and coach who has run a successful coaching practice for over 10 years. Her background is in education where she began her career as a teacher and later as advisor. It will include: \n\nAn introduction to the principles and practices associated with system coaching using constellations\nAdopting a systems lens and how to use constellation coaching to explore relational and team dynamics\nAn opportunity to explore coaching using a constellations approach\nA practical demo of a constellation and opportunity to practice\, and consider how to incorporate the system lens or specific technique into your own practice\n\nWho will present? \nThe CPD session will be delivered by Dr Nicola Williams\, a chartered coaching psychologist who has worked in clinical and health research within the NHS for nearly 30 years\, initially in primary care and public health and then in a senior leadership role in a hospital trust.  Nicky has been a policy advisor to the Welsh and UK Governments and advised on various national and local change programmes – coaching people\, programmes and processes.
