DESCRIPTION:We speak about system working a great deal\, which is entirely appropriate in that it offers a way for us to think creatively about delivery of health and social care. \nTwo things demand that innovative approach of us all: First\, there is the ambition to wrap services around service users more effectively is essential to support a more responsive provision. Second\, refocusing on population health is key to this – and to addressing wider issues of health inequalities in society. \nFor this “In conversation…” session\, we will be discussing with Manoj Pawar his experiences as a doctor and as a clinical leader in the US. SUMMARY:Continuing Professional Development for HLM Facilitators
DESCRIPTION:The NHS Leadership Academy are delighted to offer a series of bitesize CPD sessions for accredited Healthcare Leadership Model Facilitators in 2021-22.  With half of the sessions having taken place\, we look forward to offering the confirmed dates below\, plus sessions to be announced on the following dates: \n15 November \n24 November \n19 January \n24 January \nPlease hold in your diary if you are able; sessions confirmed for each date are to follow shortly with booking links. \nThe sessions are open to all HLM Facilitators\, including those who have not had the opportunity to practice within the past year\, and will take place online using Microsoft Teams. Each will be 90 minutes long\, with a maximum of 20 participants for each session to encourage interactive discussion.
