DESCRIPTION:While it is vitally important that the productive links between health and social care are fostered\, there is a clear sense that taking a truly systemic view requires us all to expand our boundaries to embrace education\, housing\, public health\, town planning\, community organisations and groups\, and the Third Sector. \nThis event – entitled In The Service Of The Health Of All – aims to draw together leaders from the widest possible range of settings in order to explore this challenge. \nIn particular\, the meeting will encourage participants to look in detail at the ways in which this richly joined up approach to system working can support us to address in a truly meaningful fashion the health inequalities that urgently need to be faced and addressed. \nBookings are being taken now and more details can be found on the booking page\, here.
