DESCRIPTION:We speak about system working a great deal\, which is entirely appropriate in that it offers a way for us to think creatively about delivery of health and social care. \nTwo things demand that innovative approach of us all: First\, there is the ambition to wrap services around service users more effectively is essential to support a more responsive provision. Second\, refocusing on population health is key to this – and to addressing wider issues of health inequalities in society. \nFor this “In conversation…” session\, we will be discussing with Manoj Pawar his experiences as a doctor and as a clinical leader in the US.
