SUMMARY:LEADING FOR IMPROVEMENT - TRANSFORMING MEETINGS™ (Cohort 1)
DESCRIPTION:Transforming Meetings is a comprehensive approach based on the work of Nancy Kline’s Time to Think which leads to a meeting culture that improves people’s thinking and engagement dramatically. \nMeetings in a Thinking Environment® lead to*: \n\nBetter ideas\, solutions and decisions;\nAn environment in which people feel valued and equal\nFaster resolutions;\nGreater participation and involvement;\nProductive working relationships;\nA measurable\, positive impact on performance indicators.\n\nFORMAT \nOne day on-line\, improvement workshop for between 4-8 people. The course is entirely practical\, with participants applying the principles to work on live issues during the day. We are planning to roll out 2 different cohorts. \nTo be delivered virtually by MS Teams. \nMORNING SESSION \nIntroduction to the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment and the four Building Blocks of Thinking Pairs\, Dialogue\, Rounds and Open Discussion. \nAFTERNOON SESSION \nBring everything together in coached meeting practice and unique approach to problem solving – the Time to Think Council. \nDATE:  \nCohort 1  – 12th December  at 9am –  5pm. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND? \n\nAnyone with responsibility for leading meetings who wants to improve outcomes through greater collaboration and inclusion.\nThe principles can be universally applied\, whether working informally or formally\, in a single organisation or across organisations.\nParticipants can be from the same team or from different teams who can share learning with colleagues afterwards.\n\n“Thinking Environment meetings give me confidence that I can transform an organisation; I can create better outcomes and results whatever the mission of the organisation.” \n*For the complete research\, please download the pdf at: \nwww.timetothink.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/booklet_a5_download.pdf \nUnfortunately this event is now fully booked.
