SUMMARY:HLM360 Facilitator Training and Accreditation - February 2024
DESCRIPTION:The course consists of 2 pre-work exercises; a HLM360 report and an online eLearning course\, both of which are compulsory prerequisites and must be completed before the course commences\, to allow registration onto the course. There are two half-day zoom events on the Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th February 2024 (09:00 – 13:30 on both days)  \nThese virtual meetings run from 9:00am-1:30pm on both days\, delegates must attend both sessions. \nThe pre-course work consists of the following two parts: \n\nHLM360 report – The delegates will receive an invitation email to complete their own 360 report on our system.\nOur online eLearning course – The delegates will receive an invitation email from the facilitator providing them with log on information. This will allow them to access the eLearning platform. As a guide\, it will take you an average 2.5 hours to complete the e-learning and you must complete this course date by the deadline given in the joining instructions.\n\nLearning Outcomes\nLearning Outcome of our new facilitator training course will allow delegates to become fully accredited facilitators in the Healthcare Leadership Model 360 questionnaire. \nThis will allow you to provide feedback facilitation sessions for individuals who have created their own 360 questionnaire\, where the facilitator will take them through the report and help the individual to take on board the information within. \nPlatform: Virtual via Zoom – Joining instructions TBC \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email london@Leadershipacademy.nhs.uk in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else. We will send confirmation of your cancellation by email. Any DNA’s will be monitored and your future bookings may be rejected. \nCancellation/Non Attendance: This programme is free to NHS Staff However\, participants will be liable for the full cost of their place on the programme (£500) should they cancel their secured place or fail to attend events\, unless we are able to fill your place. Charges won’t apply if the event is cancelled by the organiser. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
