SUMMARY:HLM360 Facilitator Training and Accreditation
DESCRIPTION:This  course consists of two pre-work exercises; a HLM360 report and an online eLearning course\, both of which must be completed before the course dates\, and two half-day zoom events on the 21st and 22nd November 2022. \nThese virtual meetings run from 9:00am-1:30pm on both days\, and delegates must attend both sessions. \nThe pre-course work consists of the following two parts: \n\nHLM360 report – The delegates will receive and invitation email in order to complete their own 360 report on our system.\nOur online eLearning course – The delegates will receive an invitation email from the facilitator providing them with log on information. This will allow them to access the eLearning platform. As a guide\, facilitators take on average 2.5 hours to complete the e-learning and it must be completed prior to the course date.\n\nLearning Outcomes\nLearning Outcome of our new facilitator training course will allow delegates to become fully accredited facilitators in the Healthcare Leadership Model 360 questionnaire. \nThis will allow you to provide feedback facilitation sessions for individuals who have created their own 360 questionnaire\, where the facilitator will take them through the report and help the individual to take on board the information within. \nPlatform: Virtual  – Joining instructions TBC \nplease note that London Workforce Colleagues will take preference over the spaces available. If enough capacity remains spaces will be provided to external Non-London Workforce Colleagues. \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email Jake.Cutting@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else. We will send confirmation of your cancellation by email. Any DNA’s will be monitored and your future bookings may be rejected. \nCancellation/Non Attendance: This programme is free to NHS Staff However\, participants will be liable for the full cost of their place on the programme (£295) should they cancel their secured place or fail to attend events\, regardless of the notice period provided.
