DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Coaches who are delivering coaching through the London Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nTuesday 27 January 2026\, 13:00-14:00 \nSupporting clients to move from reflection towards taking action. Drawing on transition psychology\, this session introduces flexible tools for facilitating forward movement and progress. \nContent: \n\nTechniques for supporting clients through transition\nFacilitate mobility\nOverview of key coaching tools for supporting career progression\n\nWho will present? \nThe webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS\, private sector and within NGO’s. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the session. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
