SUMMARY:Coaching CPD - TPC Health -  Navigating Boundaries
DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coaches who are delivering coaching through the London Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register \nThursday 13th March 2025\, 09.30am – 12:30pm \nThe CPD Session will focus on providing coaches with an opportunity to reflect on and evaluate how they are working with boundaries as a coach\, and how they support their coachees to use boundary setting appropriately. It will include: \n\nUnderstanding the importance of boundaries and how to maintain them within the coaching relationship\nThe effective use of Contracting to establish and maintain and renegotiate boundaries\nAn opportunity to discuss challenges and concerns related to navigating boundaries\nTools and techniques for raising awareness and increasing responsibility in clients for navigating and maintaining their own boundaries.\n\nWho will present? \nThis CPD session will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
