Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. SUMMARY:29.01.26 – Coaching and Mentoring EMCC CPD - What is Leadership Coaching? How is it Different from other types of Coaching?
DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Foundation\, Practitioner\, Senior Practitioner \nWhat is this event about?  \nThere can be a lot of ambiguity about Leadership Coaching with coaches often not being confident about what it is. This workshop explores what Leadership Coaching is and how it is different from regular coaching. We will consider the landscape that Leaders are navigating and the challenges they face. We will explore how we as coaches can be in service of Leaders. \nWhat will it cover?  \n\nWhat is Leadership Coaching\nHow is it different from other coaching\nThe shifting landscape for Leaders\nLimits of Control\nThe concept of Safe Uncertainty\nOur role as the coach\nReflection and integration\nResources\n\nWhy should I attend?  \nParticipants can expect to come away with a wider and broader sense of what Leadership Coaching is and how they can be in service of Leaders with more confidence\, empathy and clarity. \nHow will it run?  \nThe session will be a mixture of presentation (using a range of techniques)\, group discussion\, sharing of examples and exploration in small groups. \nLength: 3 hours \nDelivery Method: Zoom \nMaximum Numbers: 30 \nWho will present?  \nBronwyn Nash is a highly experienced personal-transformation coach\, trainer\, supervisor and facilitator. \nBronwyn holds the full CIPD qualification in HR Management as well as coaching qualifications accredited by the ICF\, AC and ILM\, and a Supervision qualification accredited by the EMCC and ICF.
