DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coaches who are delivering coaching through the London Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register \nThursday 13th March 2025\, 09.30am – 12:30pm \nThe CPD Session will focus on providing coaches with an opportunity to reflect on and evaluate how they are working with boundaries as a coach\, and how they support their coachees to use boundary setting appropriately. It will include: \n\nUnderstanding the importance of boundaries and how to maintain them within the coaching relationship\nThe effective use of Contracting to establish and maintain and renegotiate boundaries\nAn opportunity to discuss challenges and concerns related to navigating boundaries\nTools and techniques for raising awareness and increasing responsibility in clients for navigating and maintaining their own boundaries.\n\nWho will present? \nThis CPD session will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email. DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  \nCoach practitioner\, foundation practitioner\, senior practitioner\, master practitioner. \nWhat will it cover? \nKey areas: \n\nAn Exploration of systemic Coaching and how it can be applied in a range of contexts.\nAn Introduction to the 3 core elements that underpin the systemic coaching approach.\nAn Understanding of what makes systemic coaching different.\n\nWhy should I attend? \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will be able to: \n\nExplain how systemic principles can be applied through practical exercises and personal exploration.\nDevelop an understanding of the underlying dynamics of systems.\nKnow how systemic coaching can be applied in different contexts.\n\nHow will the session run? \nThe workshop will be broadly practical and experiential. Participants will be introduced to the systemic Coaching and constellations approach through a series of activities\, e.g. pair exercises and group discussion. \nWho will present? \nThis EMCC CPD will be delivered by Heather Day\, an experienced facilitator and coach who has run a successful coaching practice for over 10 years. Her background is in education where she began her career as a teacher and later as advisor. She trained as a practitioner and facilitator in Systemic Coaching with John Whittington in 2013.  As well as using this approach in her one-to-one client work\, Heather is part of a professional group of systemic coaching facilitators who offer the opportunity for clients to experience the systemic coaching approach. \nBooking Confirmations \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email. DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coaches who are delivering coaching through the London Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register \nWednesday 27th March 2025\, 1.00pm – 4:00pm \nThe CPD Session will provide an introduction to systemic coaching with constellations. It will include: \n\nAn introduction to the principles and practices associated with system coaching using constellations\nAdopting a systems lens and how to use constellation coaching to explore relational and team dynamics\nAn opportunity to explore coaching using a constellations approach\nA practical demo of a constellation and opportunity to practice\, and consider how to incorporate the system lens or specific technique into your own practice\n\nWho will present? \nThe CPD session will be delivered by Dr Nicola Williams\, a chartered coaching psychologist who has worked in clinical and health research within the NHS for nearly 30 years\, initially in primary care and public health and then in a senior leadership role in a hospital trust.  Nicky has been a policy advisor to the Welsh and UK Governments and advised on various national and local change programmes – coaching people\, programmes and processes. Nicky is an ICF (PCC) Accredited Coach and ILM Accredited Supervisor and has an MSc in Coaching and Development.  She has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
