DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Internal coaches who are delivering coaching through the Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register \nTuesday 19th November 2024 13.00-14.00 \nThis bitesize 1-hour webinar will focus on supporting coaches to raise awareness of potential unconscious biases that may impact their coaching. It will include: \n\nAn overview of unconscious bias and its origins\nOpportunities to identify and discuss patterns in your coaching approach that may relate to a potential unconscious bias\nAn appreciation of how coaches can support inclusive and personalised processes to avoid potential biases\n\nWho will present? \nThe webinar will be delivered by Ruth Sangale. Ruth has 20 years’ HR experience in the public and private sector\, specialising in the last ten years in leadership development and executive coaching.  Ruth previously worked in the NHS and was responsible for programme managing the delivery of a portfolio of Pan London Leadership programmes\, talent management and alumni networks and was the lead for coaching and mentoring across London.  Ruth’s passion for leadership creativity and innovation is paired with her interest in diversity and inclusion.  As well as her work in the NHS\, Ruth has worked Internationally in Afghanistan\, Brazil\, Belize\, India and Kenya with a range of clients including many NGO’s.  Ruth is a PCC level accredited coach with the ICF and an EMCC Master Practitioner. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the session. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
