DESCRIPTION:Exploring as a coach how the changing space\, place and shape of how you may be working in a hybrid space. This could include using platforms such as Teams\, telephone coaching etc  \n We will explore the current context and situation\, the impact of the changing face of work and relationships with individuals and teams \n\nMoving from face to face coaching / mentoring to virtual / at a distance / remote connection and the resulting impact (including successes and challenges)\nTechniques for creating connection and psychological safety when working virtually\nHow can we be aware of creating the holding space\, and working with client and coach or mentor (body\, heart and mind)\n\nTarget Audience  \nThis CPD opportunity is intended to support the skillset of all practising coaches regardless of level of accreditation of experience.  \nThis session is for Coaches who are registered on the NHS London coaching hub.  \nBook your Place:  \nIf you are unable to attend the  above session please register via our Expression of Interest page\, this will help us to understand the demand for our programmes and plan accordingly.
