Competences are powerful indicators but they don’t capture the life and elegance of the ‘master’ coach at work. Parallel worlds like music\, art and sport do however offer some powerful insights for the coach. \nThis event will provide you with a working model of mastery\, drawing on those parallel worlds and on research into mastery.
