Each session runs from 09:00 to 16:00\, ensuring a full day of immersive learning. \nUpcoming Session: \nDate: 4th March 2025 \nMentoring is a cornerstone of development within the NHS People Plan\, crucial for fostering growth and learning at every organisational level. \nWho Should Attend?\nPlease note that this event is for NHS Staff only \nThis programme is perfect for: \n\nAspiring mentors who want to make a significant impact.\nCurrent mentors seeking to enhance and refine their skills.\nIndividuals interested in joining the NHS London Leadership Academy mentoring hub.\n\nWhat to Expect\nOur interactive and experiential sessions will equip you with the latest mentoring practices and offer valuable opportunities to reflect on and refine your mentoring approach.
