DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Coaches/Mentors who are part of the Career Coaching/Career Mentoring Cohorts delivering coaching through the London Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nTuesday 03 February 2026\, 13:30-16:30 \nDeepening Career-Coaching Techniques \nThis session will support coaches to build their confidence with career coaching tools. The session will be experiential and provide you with space to learn and practice approaches that generate insights\, prioritise options\, and shape action plans. \nContent: \n\nIntroduction to key tools in careers coaching\nUnderstanding how core coaching skills are used in the careers context\nSupporting clients to understand progress and make appropriate decisions\n\nWho will present? \nThe webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education.
