SUMMARY:Coaching and Mentoring CPD - Resilient Leadership
DESCRIPTION:The Resilient Leadership CPD will help coaches and mentors understand how to work with resilience as a tool with their clients using the FiRE® model of resilience. \nTarget Audience: Coach and Mentor Practitioners \nWhat will it cover? \n\nWhat is resilience?\nHow can resilience help leaders?\nHow can leaders improve their ability to cope with hardships?\nHow can leaders apply this knowledge with the people they are responsible for in order to become more agile and effective in dealing with adversity\, pressure and change?\nIntroduction of the FiRE® model of resilience. FiRE® is a Leadership Choices trademark and stands for Factors for improved Resilience Effectiveness. It is research-based and measures the protective factors as well as the risk factors of an individual\, team or entire organisation.\n\nWhy should I attend? \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will be able to: \n\nUnderstand what makes people resilient in the face of adversity\, pressure and change.\nUnderstand how people handle setbacks.\nWork with resilience as a tool with their coaching clients\, such as developing a resilience action plan.\n\n  \nPresenter \nThis EMCC CPD will be delivered by Karsten Drath\, entrepreneur\, executive coach\, author and speaker. Karsten is a managing partner at Leadership Choices\, one of the leading providers of executive development in Europe. Karsten has published several books on the subject of leadership\, resilience and coaching\, including “Resilient Leadership: Beyond Myths and Misunderstandings”.
