DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED \nTarget Audience:  \nCoach/Mentor practitioner\, foundation practitioner\, senior practitioner\, master practitioner. \nWhat will it cover? \nKey areas: \n\nAn Exploration of systemic Coaching and how it can be applied in a range of contexts.\nAn Introduction to the 3 core elements that underpin the systemic coaching approach.\nAn Understanding of what makes systemic coaching different.\n\nWhy should I attend? \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will be able to: \n\nExplain how systemic principles can be applied through practical exercises and personal exploration.\nDevelop an understanding of the underlying dynamics of systems.\nKnow how systemic coaching can be applied in different contexts.\n\nHow will the session run? \nThe workshop will be broadly practical and experiential. Participants will be introduced to the systemic Coaching and constellations approach through a series of activities\, e.g. pair exercises and group discussion. \nWho will present? \nThis EMCC CPD will be delivered by Heather Day\, an experienced facilitator and coach who has run a successful coaching practice for over 10 years. Her background is in education where she began her career as a teacher and later as advisor. She trained as a practitioner and facilitator in Systemic Coaching with John Whittington in 2013.  As well as using this approach in her one-to-one client work\, Heather is part of a professional group of systemic coaching facilitators who offer the opportunity for clients to experience the systemic coaching approach. \nBooking Confirmations \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
