DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Coaches/Mentors who are part of the Career Coaching/Career Mentoring Cohorts delivering coaching through the London Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nWednesday 25 February 2026\, 09:30-12:30 \nPractising Safely: Boundaries\, Referral\, and Wellbeing \nCoaching around career change can bring up sensitive material. This session supports you to work safely and confidently within scope – maintaining wellbeing for both coach and coachee. \nContent: \n\nDefining and communicating clear coaching boundaries\nUnderstanding the indicators that signal the need for referral\nMaintain psychological safety and self-care\n\nWho will present? \nThe webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS\, private sector and within NGO’s. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom \nTo make cancellations email london.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net.
