SUMMARY:08.07.26 - Coaching and Mentoring - Virtual Group Supervision with Caroline Clarke
DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register. \nJoin Caroline Clarke for a virtual group supervision session on Wednesday 8th July 13:00-16:00. This will be a reflective\, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers. \nCaroline has been a coach for in excess of 25 years. She has coached in the Public Sector for all of that time\, the last 17 years in the NHS. She also coaches freelance across all sectors and as a life coach. She was trained as a supervisor by the NHS London Leadership Academy to support coaches on the Register. She has been supervising for approximately 12 years. She supervises an internal cohort of coaches within her ‘day job’ in an NHS Trust too. \nAs a coach and supervisor her approach is very people focused. She believes in giving people space to reflect on the impact of situations on them and their clients\, not just on the practical aspects of the situation. Feelings play a huge part in many of the situations we encounter. She allows space in her sessions for wide discussion where appropriate. Her metaphor for herself as coach is ‘challenging friend’ and she brings that approach to her supervision too. \nThere are limited places available on a first come\, first served basis. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email with Joining instructions. \nPlatform: MS Teams \nYou must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group. \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session. \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email england.london.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else. We will send confirmation of your cancellation by email.
