SUMMARY:15.04.26 - Coaching and Mentoring - Virtual Group Supervision with Ola Agbaimoni
DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register. \nJoin Ola Ogbaimoni for a virtual group supervision session on Wednesday 15th April 10:00-12:00. This will be a reflective\, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers. \nOla has worked in local government for 25 years\, leading the Elephant and Castle Regeneration. She was self-employed 3 years running a consultancy: social media marketing and coaching for small business owners.   \nOla has developed the 7 Momentous Moments coaching programme (for marking success moments and creating tools to stand confidentially in your power and achieve professional and personal goals). She was a sought-after speaker and presenter at business conferences and has spoken on the international stage and has hosted a successful local radio show- Tycoon Women Moments.  \nShe joined NHSE initially as a temp project manager in 2014. She is the NHSE Deputy Director Business Management.  \nOla has been coaching colleagues via the London C&M Hub since joining NHSE and took the supervisors training course pre pandemic.  \nSessions are typically informal where the power of story telling will be encouraged along with the power of silence used to full effect.  Attendees will be encouraged to actively and openly support each other throughout the session.  \nThere are limited places available on a first come\, first served basis. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email with Joining instructions. \nPlatform: MS Teams \nYou must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group. \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session. \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email england.london.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else. We will send confirmation of your cancellation by email.
