DESCRIPTION:Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register. \nJoin Stefano Cerreto E. DiClaudia for a virtual group supervision session on Monday 16th November 09:30-11:30. This will be a reflective\, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers. \nStefano is currently one of the senior ODL consultants at RFL.  Having studied\, lived and worked  in several countries\, Stefano brings a plethora of career experiences with an international perspective\, and in many diverse professional landscapes\, such as  education\, training\, aviation\, film and performing arts\, recruitment\, leadership and organisation development\, coaching and mentoring\, both in the private and public sector. \nHaving personally experienced the rewards and positive outcomes of empowering individuals through coaching and mentoring\, Stefano works with individuals and teams in creating the conditions to facilitate self-awareness\, support and stimulate new discoveries and reflections to facilitate movement. \nShifting between Systemic team coaching and tapping into Gestalt developmental approach to coaching\, Stefano approach is recognising the ‘human heart’ in individuals and teams and through the coaching process\, surfacing hidden energies and performance potential\, often concentrating on the ‘being’ rather than the ‘doing’\, on what is happening in the moment\, building more awareness of emotions in the moment\, stimulating change\, challenging unhelpful mindsets and working on ‘shifting stories’ and metaphors. \nAs a coaching and mentoring supervisor\, Stefano is dedicated to offering a thinking space for coaches and mentors in a qualitative\, restorative\, developmental and resourcing space\, facilitating learning that hopefully leads to the continuous development of the conscious competence\, to a higher level of practice. \nThere are limited places available on a first come\, first served basis. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email with Joining instructions. \nPlatform: MS Teams \nYou must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group. \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session. \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email england.london.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else. This will be a reflective\, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers. \nRuth is an experienced People Consultant working in the NHS at Board level\, with a background in organisational development\, leadership support\, and culture change.  Her coaching work centres on helping individuals and teams navigate challenge\, build confidence\, and develop the clarity needed to thrive. Ruth brings a calm\, thoughtful presence and a strong commitment to fairness\, psychological safety\, and authentic leadership. She is an ACC qualified coach and formally practised over the last 15 years. She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and works in a variety of sectors. Ruth aims to help people build confidence\, clarity\, and a leadership style that feels authentic and sustainable. This will be a reflective\, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers. \nJacqueline is a transpersonal psychotherapist\, developmental coach\, and coaching supervisor. She offers a deeply reflective and psychologically-informed space where coaches can explore the dynamics of their client relationships through multiple lenses—relational\, systemic\, developmental\, and transpersonal. \nIn the sessions\, Jacqueline seeks together with the coach to attend to what may be present or emerging within the coach–client field\, including unconscious processes\, parallel dynamics\, ethical tensions\, and the wider organisational context. \nWith 18 years’ experience as a developmental coach and 6 years providing coaching supervision within the NHS\, Jacqueline supports practitioners to deepen their awareness\, strengthen their practice\, and work with greater clarity\, confidence\, and integrity.
