DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Coach/Mentor practitioner\, Senior Practitioner\, Master Practitioner \nWhat is this event about? \nObjectives \n– Gain an understanding of Clean Language\n– How Clean Language can be applied within coaching & Mentoring for internal coach/Mentor and large organisations\n– How to structure a variety of Clean Language questions to start and end a session cleanly\n– Explore the metaphors that coachees & Mentees spontaneously use to describe their experience\n– To experience a powerful process for exploring your own style as an internal coach/Mentor\n– To understand what Clean Language is and how it can help your coachee/Mentee to find their own solutions\n– To explore how metaphors provide a constructive and creative way to understand ourselves and others \nWhat will it cover? \nKey areas\n• What is Clean Language and its key applications for internal coaches\n• When you are coaching at your best\, that’s like what?\n• Exploring and practicing basic Clean Language questions\n• Why metaphors matter and how they can unlock stuck thinking?\n• The PRO model – a tool to help your focus attention towards client-generated\,\nachievable outcomes \nWhy should I attend? \nOutcome \nPrevious participants have described their take-aways as:\n• “Gave me insight I didn’t have before”\n• “Came away with some ‘Aha’ moments”\n• “Very worthwhile and timely for my coaching practice”\n• “Very challenging to the style of coaching I am developing”\n• “Stimulating and fun” \nHow will it run? \nThe session will consist as a mix of short presentations\, followed by group discussion and exercises in pairs to practice the questions covered. A key part of the session will be an in-depth demonstration of Clean Language\, followed by a question and answer session. This session is a webinar. \nWho will present? \nBronwyn Nash is a highly experienced personal-transformation coach\, trainer\, supervisor and facilitator. Bronwyn holds the full CIPD qualification in HR Management as well as coaching qualifications accredited by the ICF\, AC and ILM\, and a Supervision qualification accredited by the EMCC and ICF. \nShe has 16 years’ experience in learning and development\, first within HR and L+D functions in start-ups\, SME’s and large complex corporates\, and later within her own coaching practice. As well as her wealth of experience in both coaching and training\, one of Bronwyn’s greatest strengths is her communication and delivery of information\, presenting new concepts and supporting learning in a way that makes them clear and digestible. \nBronwyn’s coaching style is humanistic and integrative\, she is passionate about harnessing creativity in coaching to enable coachees to more fully access their own resources and build strong supportive\ninternal relationships. \nBronwyn founded Magic Roundabout Coaching in 2015 and is also part of the core training team at the Animas Centre for Coaching\, where she teaches 4 of the 5 modules on the Diploma in Transformational Coaching (covering CBT\, NLP\, Transactional Analysis\, Narrative\, Clean Language & Metaphors and Person Centred Theory).
