DESCRIPTION:**The Application Process is now closed due to sufficient applications being received.**\nMary Seacole Programme London – An exclusive offer for those on the Women of Colour Network  \n\n\n\n\nWe are offering this popular 6-month leadership development programme\, designed in partnership with global experts\, recently refreshed and delivered by experienced facilitators to develop your knowledge and skills in leadership and management to the Women of Colour Network. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat’s covered? \n\n\n12 modules covering leadership fundamentals\, leading for improvement and management skills. \n\n\nWho is it for? \n\n\nFirst time leaders in healthcare. It’s for you if you are in a ‘formal’ position of leadership with responsibilities for people and services\, and able to relate what you learn to your workplace. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of study per week. \n\n\nWhy should I join the programme? \n\n\nThe Mary Seacole programme is grounded in reality and results in real workplace application.\nIt provides balance between learning the theory and putting it into practice.\nIt empowers people in their first formal leadership position to turn their success into consistent team success and to champion compassionate patient care.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme Structure \n\n\nThe Mary Seacole programme is six months long with 100 hours of online study\, plus three full-day behavioural workshops currently delivered virtually. and face to face \n\n\n\n\nIntro/Start of programme 14th October- Virtual \n\n\n1st Workshop 16th December 2025 – Virtual \n\n\n2nd Workshop 10th February 2026 – Face to Face (Central London) \n\n\n3rd Workshop 24th March 2026 – Virtual \n\n\nEnd of programme 21st April 2026 – Face to Face (Central London) \n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThis is an offer for those working in the London region. SUMMARY:Coaching & Mentoring CPD - TPC Health -  Supporting Clients Career Development and Progression
DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Internal coaches & mentors of all levels\, who are currently delivering through the Leadership Academy’s Coaching and Mentoring Hub. \nWednesday 12th February 2025\, 10.00am – 1.00 pm \nThe CPD Session will focus on working with coaches to enhance their ability to support clients around career transitions and related decision making. It will include: \n·       An opportunity to discuss experiences of supporting career development and progression \n·       An appreciation of the psychological factors and inner states associated with career choices and decisions \n·       Tried and tested approaches for supporting conversations about career development and progression \nWho will present? \nThis CPD session will be delivered by Richard Cook.  Richard is a licenced Career and Transition Coach\, with over twenty years of coaching experience within the business\, energy\, education and health sectors\, having undertaken career\, leadership and executive coaching\, as well as coaching for those from diverse backgrounds. He has vast experience in both the corporate and public sector. Richard recently worked as a coach on NHS Looking After Your Career coaching service supporting primary care staff. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
