DESCRIPTION:Target Audience: Internal coaches who are delivering coaching through the NHS Leadership Academy’s Coaching Hub \nThursday 19th September 2024 13.00-14.00 \nThis webinar will be interactive and experiential and include: \n\nUnderstanding the components of imposter syndrome\nAn opportunity to discuss experiences of coaching those with imposter syndrome\nCoaching approaches to manage the symptoms of imposter syndrome\n\nWho will present? \nThe webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and for 12 years as a Senior Lecturer in the areas of health psychology and medical education. \nPlatform: This event is being delivered virtually on  Zoom  – Joining instructions TBC \nPlease can all participants to arrive on time\, to avoid disrupting the session. \nYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email. Joining instructions will be sent as soon as your booking is confirmed. \nPlease note: Places are limited so please ensure that if you need to make cancellations you email london.coachingandmentoring@nhs.net in advance so that your place can be offered to someone else.
