SUMMARY:LEADING TRANSFORMATION FOR INTEGRATED CARE
DESCRIPTION:Colleagues working in health\, social care and the voluntary\, community and social enterprise sector are welcome to join us for our new series of 90-minute\, virtual sessions.  We have different topics for you to choose from which have been co-designed with the seven Regional Hubs of the NHS Leadership Academy and will be hosted by our delivery partner\, Tricordant. \nSo\, what is this series about?  Based on insights and experience drawn from work with a number of Integrated Care Systems across England these sessions will explore what partnership working looks like across teams and organisations. \nWhat does this mean for leaders?  It is co-designed with input from local representatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities. DESCRIPTION:Target Audience  \nThis opportunity is for London Leadership Academy (LLA) Coach & Mentor Supervisors.  \nAbout the Programme: \nThe interactive online Inclusive Coaching Supervision Programme is designed for experienced coaching supervisors to develop their inclusive coaching supervisory practice. Designed to offer a small group of coaching supervisors a chance to gather\, share\, learn and practice together in a safe and supportive space\,  it combines a commitment to supporting coaching best practice with support to play an active role in contributing to building inclusive practices and cultures.  The programme offers an opportunity to explore a range of different aspects of equality\, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) within coaching supervision\, with the intention of: \n\nDeepening your awareness of conditioned worldviews\, biases and mindsets and how to use these insights to build an inclusive coaching supervisory mindset\nDeveloping a better understanding of key inclusion related concepts and how to work with and support ED&I themes within the content and focus of coaching (e.g. addressing microaggressions); the coaching relationship (e.g. coach – coachee identity power dynamics); and coaches and coaching supervisors as role models and change agents (e.g. feedback into the system).\nPractising ways to work with the different inclusive coaching and supervisory relationship modes to support inclusive coaching practice\, and recognising the role\, responsibilities\, accountabilities and ethics associated with inclusive coaching and supervision.\n\nAbout the Facilitator: \nByron Lee\, the facilitator\, brings a wealth of experience as a coach\, superior and educator\, spending the past 30 years supporting individuals\, teams\, communities and organisations build supportive and inclusive practices\, systems and cultures. DESCRIPTION:About the session:  \nWhat will be covered:  \nSupporting growth through adversity is a component part of the Complete Leadership Series aimed at leaders who are new to line management or in the first year or two in a line management role. Participants are welcomed from clinical or non-clinical backgrounds to this 2-Hour online session which will:  \n\n Explore the psychology of now and the accumulative impact of sustained pressure and stretch on individuals\, teams and organisations\n Consider positive growth through adversity models and how we frame can our experiences and learning for ourselves and others as we move forward in our leadership.\n Understand at the importance of psychological transition and the role of confidence\, control and connection in \n\nThis session is grounded in the psychology of how people think\, feel and behave. It will provide you will valuable insights and helpful tools to support you in your leadership as you continue to enhance your own self-awareness and your awareness of others.   \nWho is this session for:  \nThe NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.  \nAbout the facilitator  \nRebekah is an experienced registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist\, with more than 17 years’ experience working with individuals\, teams and organisations.   \nRebekah is passionate about helping people realise their full potential and the relationship between thoughts\, emotions and actions.
