SUMMARY:LEADING TRANSFORMATION FOR INTEGRATED CARE
DESCRIPTION:Colleagues working in health\, social care and the voluntary\, community and social enterprise sector are welcome to join us for our new series of 90-minute\, virtual sessions.  We have different topics for you to choose from which have been co-designed with the seven Regional Hubs of the NHS Leadership Academy and will be hosted by our delivery partner\, Tricordant. \nSo\, what is this series about?  Based on insights and experience drawn from work with a number of Integrated Care Systems across England these sessions will explore what partnership working looks like across teams and organisations. \nWhat does this mean for leaders?  It is co-designed with input from local representatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities. DESCRIPTION:Target Audience  \nThis opportunity is for London Leadership Academy (LLA) Coach & Mentor Supervisors.  \nAbout the Programme: \nThe interactive online Inclusive Coaching Supervision Programme is designed for experienced coaching supervisors to develop their inclusive coaching supervisory practice. Designed to offer a small group of coaching supervisors a chance to gather\, share\, learn and practice together in a safe and supportive space\,  it combines a commitment to supporting coaching best practice with support to play an active role in contributing to building inclusive practices and cultures.  The programme offers an opportunity to explore a range of different aspects of equality\, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) within coaching supervision\, with the intention of: \n\nDeepening your awareness of conditioned worldviews\, biases and mindsets and how to use these insights to build an inclusive coaching supervisory mindset\nDeveloping a better understanding of key inclusion related concepts and how to work with and support ED&I themes within the content and focus of coaching (e.g. addressing microaggressions); the coaching relationship (e.g. coach – coachee identity power dynamics); and coaches and coaching supervisors as role models and change agents (e.g. feedback into the system).\nPractising ways to work with the different inclusive coaching and supervisory relationship modes to support inclusive coaching practice\, and recognising the role\, responsibilities\, accountabilities and ethics associated with inclusive coaching and supervision.\n\nAbout the Facilitator: \nByron Lee\, the facilitator\, brings a wealth of experience as a coach\, superior and educator\, spending the past 30 years supporting individuals\, teams\, communities and organisations build supportive and inclusive practices\, systems and cultures. Yet this can be easier said than done.  \nMany of us are emotionally and physically drained. We’re worried about the wellbeing of our colleagues and ourselves. Many of our teams are experiencing chronic stress. The pressures on our services are immense. And as human beings\, a lot of us are far more fragile than usual.  \nUnder such pressures\, we need human connection and mutual support more than ever. And yet under such stress\, compassion and tolerance can quickly evaporate.
