DESCRIPTION:*Due to a high volume of applications we regret to inform you that applications have now closed.* \n  \nBrilliant Leaders programme outline \nAbout the Programme \nThe 8-month Brilliant Leaders programme is an innovative talent development programme for colleagues from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Combining taught modules\, support & challenge groups\, and guest speakers. The programme aims to level the playing field to provide better outcomes for those that attend.
