DESCRIPTION:At every level we have exceptional leaders who keep us connected to what matters most\, encourage us through hard times\, bring people together to do amazing things and stand up for us when we need them. \n  \nAs we face repeated challenges\, our NHS people take up informal as well as formal leadership roles that maintain and extend the respectful and inclusive leadership cultures that have helped achieve so much through the pandemic. \n  \nThe NHS Leadership Way outlines the ways of being that thousands of NHS leaders have agreed define great leadership.
