No Going Back! Continuing the Conversation event #3

In light of the publication of the No Going Back! report in September 2021, an initiative where the NHS London Leadership Academy worked in partnership with researchers from the University of West of England, this online session allows participants the opportunity to both hear what people shared in the course of that project – and to add their own experiences, reflections and ideas about organisations and leadership in health care at this time.

The LLA is now keen to do two things in light of what we see as this
vitally important work. First, we are keen to allow others the
opportunity to engage with the report. There is a sense that it
represents a rich resource for anyone who embraces leadership in
health and social care.
There are many textbooks available to support leadership
development – but the stories and insights in this document are the
richest source of material for people looking to improve their
presence and practice in the workplace.
Second, the publication of the report was never seen to be the end
of a discussion – but needed to be recognised as the start of an
ongoing and honest dialogue about contemporary leadership in
health and social care.

To that end, we are offering everyone in London the opportunity to
spend two hours in our company online to hear the details of the
No Going Back! report – but, even more importantly, take some
time to speak freely and honestly with one another about what
they are seeing now and what they want from the workplace going
forward.
