LEADING FOR IMPROVEMENT – TRANSFORMING MEETINGS™ (Cohort 2)
Transforming Meetings is a comprehensive approach based on the work of Nancy Kline’s Time to Think which leads to a meeting culture that improves people’s thinking and engagement dramatically.
Meetings in a Thinking Environment® lead to*:
- Better ideas, solutions and decisions;
- An environment in which people feel valued and equal
- Faster resolutions;
- Greater participation and involvement;
- Productive working relationships;
- A measurable, positive impact on performance indicators.
