Developing Allyship in Coaching Relationships

Created in partnership with the South East Leadership, this Coaching CPD on Developing Allyship in Coaching Relationships is designed to help you, as a coach, make meaningful difference in diversity and inclusion within the NHS. It will enable you, to build allyship and develop a better awareness of inclusion issues within a coaching relationship.

This offer is through an application process for coaches who are:

• NHS coaches
• Experienced at senior coach level, who are currently registered AND active on the London Coaching Register with at least 100 hours coaching
• Those who evidence understanding of the subject and evidence their ability to lead or influence
