Coaching CPD – TPC Health – An Introduction to Constellations in Coaching
Target Audience: Coaches who are delivering coaching through the London Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register
Wednesday 22nd January 2025, 09.30am – 12:30pm
The CPD Session will provide an introduction to systemic coaching with constellations. It will include:
- An introduction to the principles and practices associated with system coaching using constellations
- Adopting a systems lens and how to use constellation coaching to explore relational and team dynamics
- An opportunity to explore coaching using a constellations approach
- A practical demo of a constellation and opportunity to practice, and consider how to incorporate the system lens or specific technique into your own practice
Who will present?
The CPD session will be delivered by Dr Nicola Williams, a chartered coaching psychologist who has worked in clinical and health research within the NHS for nearly 30 years, initially in primary care and public health and then in a senior leadership role in a hospital trust. Nicky has been a policy advisor to the Welsh and UK Governments and advised on various national and local change programmes – coaching people, programmes and processes. Nicky is an ICF (PCC) Accredited Coach and ILM Accredited Supervisor and has an MSc in Coaching and Development. She has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels.
