– To experience a powerful process for exploring your own style as an internal coach/Mentor
– To understand what Clean Language is and how it can help your coachee/Mentee to find their own solutions
– To explore how metaphors provide a constructive and creative way to understand ourselves and others

How will it run?
The session will consist as a mix of short presentations, followed by group discussion and exercises in pairs to practice the questions covered. A key part of the session will be an in-depth demonstration of Clean Language, followed by a question and answer session. This session is a webinar.
Who will present?
Bronwyn Nash is a highly experienced personal-transformation coach, trainer, supervisor and facilitator. Bronwyn holds the full CIPD qualification in HR Management as well as coaching qualifications accredited by the ICF, AC and ILM, and a Supervision qualification accredited by the EMCC and ICF.
She has 16 years’ experience in learning and development, first within HR and L+D functions in start-ups, SME’s and large complex corporates, and later within her own coaching practice. As well as her wealth of experience in both coaching and training, one of Bronwyn’s greatest strengths is her communication and delivery of information, presenting new concepts and supporting learning in a way that makes them clear and digestible.
Bronwyn’s coaching style is humanistic and integrative, she is passionate about harnessing creativity in coaching to enable coachees to more fully access their own resources and build strong supportive
internal relationships.
Bronwyn founded Magic Roundabout Coaching in 2015 and is also part of the core training team at the Animas Centre for Coaching, where she teaches 4 of the 5 modules on the Diploma in Transformational Coaching (covering CBT, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Narrative, Clean Language & Metaphors and Person Centred Theory). She also coaches for Sanctus, the mental health gym for
businesses.
