Coaching and Mentoring – EMCC CPD – Coaching and Mentoring for Organisational Objectives

Target Audience: Coach & Mentor practitioner, Senior Practitioner, Master Practitioner

What is this event about?

Objective

In many organisations coaching and mentoring are recognised as effective ways of developing and supporting individuals from board level to front line staff. At an EMCC corporate roundtable event, however, it became clear from the discussion amongst the senior HR and L&D people in the room that many large organisations do not exploit the potential of using coaching and mentoring to support wider organisational strategies and change programmes.

In this workshop, Jan Bowen-Nielsen will explore how to take coaching and mentoring from ‘just’ a set of discrete 1:1 conversations, supporting individual development, to a managed set of goal orientated interventions across a number of people in an organisation.
